Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been placed, and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note that processing times may be extended during promotional periods or high-volume seasons.

Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer free delivery on all orders of $20 or more.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the tracking number provided with your preferred shipping carrier.

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, please contact us immediately through our Contact page. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from the carrier, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Customs and Import Duties

For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their local government.
