Refund and Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately through our Contact page with your order number.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may still be eligible for a return and refund according to our return policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Free from any signs of wear or damage

Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us through our Contact page. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  2. Provide the reason for return and any relevant photos
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions
  4. Ship the item back using the provided instructions
